威特中国厂房扩建项目奠基仪式于2012年7月2日在威特吴江工厂举行，近万米的厂房扩建工程预计将在2012年底竣工。届时,威特中国工厂的生产能力将会大大提高至两倍多。

    新扩建的门工厂优化了原本的物流体系,形成无叉车实时物流战略系统，以及进一步优化精益生产流程, 效率最大化地满足生产量的需求，同时也满足了生产过程中的安全要求和质量要求。
    另外，工厂内IT基础设施（如服务器， 电线电缆等）的全方位升级，保证了工厂良好的运行性能和稳定的产出，为提高扩大产量提供了坚实的设备条件。
    除此外，新扩建工厂还将有以下不同的战略布署：
 新增测试与培训设备，该设备将应用于产品测试，新产品开发和多功能培训项目。
 将要投入运行的灵活的流水作业生产线和新型技术,适用于威特种类广泛的门系统生产.
 最重要的一点, 扩建工厂内即将投入使用的涂料流水线将不会使用金属表面磷酸盐防锈处理,保证了废水的100%回收利用，体现了新扩建工厂的生态保护性.

A new look of Wittur China
- Expansion of Wittur Wujiang Factory
Wittur China held a foundation laying ceremony of the Wittur China factory expansion on July 2nd, 2012, based on original Wittur Wujiang factory, Suzhou.  The expansion project is expected to be finished by the end of 2012, when the Wittur product capacity will be doubled than before the expansion.
The optimized strategic logistic system with features of forklift-free and Just-In-Time as well as the implementation of highest Lean standards guarantee not only the maximization of the production capacity but also the fulfillment of safety and quality requirements throughout the whole production processes. Moreover, the comprehensive upgrade of IT infrastructure, such as server and cabling, also assures capacity and performance improvement.
Besides the double capacity, more changes as below will be brought by new expansion of the factory:
* Installation of new Test & Training equipment which will be used for product testing and development as well as multi-functional training. 
* New production lines and technologies with improved flexibility will be put into operation to manufacture various types of Wittur door systems.
* The last but the least is that a new paint line with phosphate free and 100% recycling of waste water function will be built up to reflect Wittur’s commitment to the environment protection.
